OUR POLICY

 

We do not offer refunds for any course or subscription for any reason.

 

All sales are final.

Courses: The Marketing Without Social Media Course, The Email Course, and The Tiny Book Course

 

Once you enroll in a course, your enrollment is final. We fully commit to you. We ask that you bring that same level of commitment to us. No cancellations. No refunds. 

Please take some time to review the course info and make sure everything works for your schedule before you enroll. Thank you.  

 

If you enroll in a course--but then decide you don't want to do the course--you can give your spot to a friend or colleague, like a "gift certificate." How generous of you! That lucky person will be so excited! If you are on a payment plan, you are required to pay all payments in-full before giving your spot to someone else. Simply email hello@youcangetitdone.com and let us know who's going to do the course in your place. We will transfer your enrollment. 

 

Newsletter Magic

Once you get a Newsletter Magic subscription, we don't do refunds.
 

However, we make it easy for you to try Newsletter Magic for a short time with no long-term commitment.
 

Choose the Newsletter Magic Monthly option at check-out. Try it out for a month or two. If you don't love it (for any reason), email us to cancel your subscription and you won't be charged again.
 

We ask that you give us 5 days' notice to cancel your Newsletter Magic subscription. Email hello@youcangetitdone.com and say, "I'd like to cancel" and we'll get it handled for you. No problem.
